📦 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping (U.S. Orders)
We ship from South Texas using USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail, depending on your location and delivery speed preference.
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $75. For orders under $75, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight using USPS commercial rates. Typical shipping options include USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 business days) and USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days).
Free Shipping: Orders over $75 qualify for free USPS Ground Advantage shipping.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.
🌍 International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations including Canada, UK, and Australia. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any applicable import taxes or customs fees.
🚫 Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.
- Orders may be canceled if the shipping address is invalid or unsupported.
📍 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order anytime through our Order Lookup page.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at customerservice@rgvsalesanddistribution.com. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
